Six-time Formula One world champion Lewis Hamilton — who debuted his fourth fashion collab with Tommy Hilfiger last week — just slashed $5 million off the price of his Tribeca penthouse.

The five-bedroom jewel, which comes with its own outdoor plunge pool, is now asking a mere $52 million. The speed king bought the 8,908-square-foot palace for $44 million in 2017 — but never moved in. (He has since purchased a $40.7 million unit at 70 Vestry, where his new neighbors include Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady.)

His star-studded home at 443 Greenwich St. (a former book bindery built in 1882) has also attracted celebs, including Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, Bella Hadid and The Weeknd, Jennifer Lawrence (before she got hitched), Harry Styles, Jake Gyllenhaal and Meg Ryan.

The penthouse includes six bathrooms and two powder rooms along with private rooftop terraces, an elevator, a library, a great room with 20-foot-high ceilings, an outdoor kitchen and (fittingly) two private parking spaces. The listing broker is Mara Papasoff of Brown Harris Stevens.
