A woman set herself on fire in a suicide attempt at a hotel parking lot in southern New Jersey Thursday morning, cops said.

Emergency responders rushed to the Howard Johnson at 832 N. Black Horse Pike in Gloucester Township around 8:30 a.m. after a frantic 911 caller reported a “person on fire” in the lot, police said.

The “severely burnt” woman, whose name was not released, was airlifted to Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia. Her condition was not immediately known, cops said.

It was still unclear Thursday afternoon what happened in the parking lot located less than 10 miles from Philadelphia.

Local police and the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office are investigating for any criminal behavior.
